Mr. Ganapathi ReddyThimmareddy, the Chairman of Bharat Nirman Limited, is a first generation entrepreneur with a clear vision to establish the brand of Bharat Nirman. He is a highly motivated leader and played a crucial role in creating the various multi-vertical diversified businesses from scratch. Under his leadership, the Bharat Nirman Group has evolved and emerges as the region’s leading realty conglomerate. Equipped with excellent domain knowledge and extensive cross-functional experience, he is the guiding force behind our phenomenal growth and success.
He is leading the Group with a strong philosophy that promotes a dynamic culture of entrepreneurship. His incredible experience spanning more than 25 years is a major strength to the company. His uncompromising nature in principles and work ethics, his keen observation and interest in the projects venturing the firm to the high standard. Mr. Reddy’s ability to provide strategic and operational leadership has helped the Bharat Nirman to build large and powerful realty teams.
Mr. Balakrishnamraju.M (Founder& Managing Director)
Mr. Balakrishnamraju Mudunuri, a first generation entrepreneur, is the Founder and Managing Director of Bharat Nirman Limited and its subsidiary/group companies. He is a Graduate in Political Science and Government from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Mr. Raju is overall in-charge of management and actively involved in the day-to-day operations and key decisions making process. He has been part of the Agriculture and Food Processing Committee (FTCCI) and also closely associated with several Real Estate development forums and associations. He is an accomplished professional with rich and cross-functional experience in business development across the southern India markets. He possesses an innate ability for identifying investment prospects and out of the box thinking. His unparalleled networking and public relations management skills have ensured that Bharat Nirman interactions with customers are fruitful and productive. He has been responsible for company’s long-term strategies and PAN India growth.
A calculated risk taker with deep industry knowledge; over the 15+ years of extensive business experience, competent leadership and industry network have transformed the company from a small Proprietary Entity into a Public Limited Company within short span of its inception. He has been instrumental in establishing Bharat Nirman as a professional Agroforestry development company specializing in Farmlands and Agribusiness services. He is a visionary with an uncompromising spirit and an eye for detail. His capabilities have drawn the best of professionals from different fields that bring together their rich knowledge and expertise to the common platform. Mr. Venkata Rajesh.T (Executive Director)
Mr. Venkata Rajesh Tanguturi, is the Executive Director of the company. He completed his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Osmania University, Hyderabad. As anExecutive Director, Mr. Rajesh brings more than two decadesof experience in Corporate Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Capital Structuring, Mergers and Acquisitions.He is one of the driving forces of the company. He has vast, rich and varied experience in the field of Real Estate Investments.His extensive knowledge of the industry is an added advantage to Bharat Nirman. He has foreseen the importance of forging alliances with established leaders and successfully built partnerships which helped Bharat Nirman foray into various ventures and in executing critical projects.
Earlier, Mr. Rajesh holds directorship in a registered chit-fund company since 1998 to 2015 and he has closely worked with some Realty Investment firms. His expertise in the areas of projects planning and finance is an added advantage to the company. He is also responsible for day-to-day banking and financial operations of the overall Group. He has widespread experience in spearheading the financial reporting and risk management.He is also instrumental in driving the company’s Business Strategy, Fiscal Planning, and Human Resource initiatives.
Mr. Sabarinath.V (Director)
Mr. Sabarinath Vidiwada, an Engineering Graduate from Anna University, Chennai; is one of the Directors of the company. He brings a decade of entrepreneurial experience that contributes immensely towards building Bharat Nirman’s strategies. Mr. Sabari has expertise in core real estate markets. At Bharat Nirman, he has been instrumental in multiplying revenues by expanding business and also has played a key role in the company’s business development strategies. Earlier, he handled the portfolios of media and entertainment, bulk domestic trade, civil projects, and long term supply/export contracts. He has strong fundamentals in managerial capabilities. He is also closely working with several real estate forums and associations.
He has over the years developed his core area of expertise in realty projects.As a young leader with management principles he is instrumental in strengthening the existing alliances and forging new alliances in tapping core competencies to enable Bharat Nirman’s foray into new ventures. He drives the business development, planning, scheduling, construction, deliveries and other day-to-day operations. He is overall responsible for successfully execution of the ventures.
Mr. Venu Babu.K (Additional Director)
Mr. Venu Babu Kongara, is a MBA Graduate, a Technocrat, he is an Additional Director and oversees the new growth opportunities for Bharat Nirman. He is a firm believer for using the best technology for service delivery. He has been instrumental in adopting the latest technology and maintaining high standards at construction sites. His decision making and project management skills with his technological experience to ensure the progress of the ventures keep in the right direction.
He has thorough knowledge in Agroforestry and is very effective in public relations. He is a good administrator; his knowledge in marketing coupled with expertise in real estate industry made him an expert in project planning. He is also responsible for successfully execution of the ventures.
