His passion, wealth of knowledge and expertise in property acquisitions, development, building and construction has led the Group to become a highly respected market leader. He has developed and built strong partnerships with key industry contacts, government, community and other stakeholders that have added to MaheshwariMegaventures success.

MANISH MALPANI
MANAGING DIRECTOR
After almost 20 years of managing MMVL development portfolio, combining skills acquired through formal qualifications and many years of experience, he ensures that MMVL continues to deliver for stakeholders.
Manish is primarily responsible for liasioning, assessing project viability, formulating optimum financing strategies and monitoring the financial performance of the company’s portfolio of projects.

ASHISH MALPANI
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ashish has been active in the property industry for the last 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge in the property development. His skills cover a range of activities that includes management of the project life cycle from inception through to the completed asset. He also plays a major role in project due diligence &funding and is responsible for the strategic development and commercial management of the group. A firm believerin teamwork Ashish’snumber one priority is customer service delivery which is backed by the commitment that runs through the heart of MMVL.
