Sridhar Reddy Mummareddy, Managing Director

Mr. Sridhar’s remarkable journey of 27 years through the real estate development and management industry is a beacon of guidance and inspiration to everyone at N Square.

His level of success, reputation, and understanding of the market is a rare concoction few can boast of. His exemplary dedication to the field of real estate development and management is what defines N Square’ commitment to its customers.

After graduating in 1992 with a bachelors degree in computer science engineering, Mr. Sridhar started his career as a Software Engineer with TCS, Bangalore, and later moved to Singapore to assume a position in the Ministry of Labor in 1995. In 1996, he moved to Boston, USA and served as a software professional till 2000. There, he specialized in delivering ERP solutions to financial institutions and organizations in the power industry. From 1998 to 2013, he successfully ran a consulting firm out of Boston and Hyderabad before finally moving to Bangalore in 2011 for good. It was then that he began to manage and develop villa projects and plots. In 2017 Mr. Sridhar moved to Hyderabad and has been developing premium Farm Villa projects ever since.

Naveen Pasunooru, Founder & Managing Director

From A Curious person to Pezzanovante of Real Estate :

NAVEEN PASANOORU is a man of vision. As a Youngster, he has dreams of becoming a pezza novante in his chosen field. Brought up from a humble family, NAVEEN was always a curious boy. Time on time he sharpened his awareness through self-learning imagining himself as a visionary entrepreneur.

He foresighted, technology would be the next big paradigm the World would embrace soon, which will pave the path for multiple opportunities to arise. His smart move and steadfast learning earned him a master’s degree in telecommunications from one of the prestigious technological universities of West Bengal, the IIT KHARAGPUR.

From IIT, NAVEEN went on to work at QUALCOMM India Pvt Ltd, a technology-based company that creates breakthrough innovations in wireless communications. Qualcomm was a stargate of great learning & opportunities that imbibed NAVEEN with leadership qualities transforming him as an Innovator holding multiple patents, a Network Marketer, a Business thinker that would later blossom him as a successful Entrepreneur.

While working at Qualcomm, NAVEEN observed that Real Estate would be the future goldmine. Creating like-minded enthusiasts Naveen risked his job and went on to become a real estate entrepreneur, a dream become true. He strongly believed that knowledge creates wealth and with that passion for learning NAVEEN stood tall as the Founder & Managing Director of N SQUARE PROJECTS, a company’s dream to provide HOME for every family.

Spreading his wings in different arenas, NAVEEN’s appetite to spread knowledge about the emerging real estate sector invited many High Network Income individuals (HNI), Retailers, enthusiastic Housewives, IT professionals, Small & Medium Enterprise individuals as business savvy investors helping them to see a better world through his eyes.

Time flies off and it’s been over 5 years that ‘N SQUARE PROJECTS’ as the name suggests is fluttering proudly with multiple projects by acquiring lands by creating a bridge of happiness between the owner & the developer, showering a multitude of joy to many investors from A.P, Telangana, India & Abroad.
