ABOUT VASU SRI INFRA PROJECTS

VASU SRI INFRA PROJECTS (VSIP) began as a small builder in 2016. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences and build solutions, Project Management Services, Building trades and related engineering works.

Today, VSIP taken on the role of main builder for small and medium size housing ventures and performs Project Management Services to coordinate specialist trades for Residential/ Commercial projects. We also do Research and Development on backward integration of our projects, such as making our own bricks and finding alternative to substitute some items such as River sand etc. for the cost reduction.

Vasu Sri Infra project (VSIP) established in 2016 as a small builder. Over the years company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences and build solutions, Project Management services, Building trades and related engineering works.

Before VSIP we have under taken Dhyanish construction from 2010 and completed projects at JNTU and Madeenaguda on time with good quality.

Today VSIP taken on the role of main builder for small and medium size housing ventures and performs project management services to coordinate specialist trades for residential/commercial projects.

We also do Research and Development on backward integration of our projects, such as making our own bricks and tending alternative to substitute some items such as River sand etc, from this reducing construction cost and maintain good quality.

Our objective is to provide our customers with an “I AM ASSURED” experience when we are chosen to build their Home. Our emphasis on clear communications and Follow through procedures ensures that customers objectives are TOP PRIORITY in the planning and execution of all our projects.

​We have got strong binding and association with one of the leading ARCHITECTS in the twin cities and state of Telangana “V.V.ASSOCIATES” FOR OUR Engineering needs.We have got a good team of Marketing professionals and associated with “PERFECT PINCODE”, a leading marketing company for our marketing and business promotion needs.​We have appointed the Auditors team “HARSHAN & MAHENDER” for the transparency in the accounting and for statutory needs, such as GST, I.T. etc.We have got long term association with Centering, Rod bending and masonry contractors to proceed with work without any obstructions.We have our own construction equipment and machinery such as Brick Manufacturing equipment and sieving equipment, Leaching equipment for making plaster sand.​We have our own JCB, Tractor with trolley for Excavation works.We are encouraging Engineer team to do research on construction cost reducing ideas and implement with out impacting good quality and standards.

OUR TEAM

M.SURYA NARAYANA RAJU (Managing Partner), He has completed his graduation ,B.E (Chemical) from department of chemical engineering & Technology PANJAB UNIVERSITY,CHANDIGARH in the year of 1985 and worked for OSWAL AGRO MILLS for one and half year.

He has joined SIRIS LTD, in the year 1987 as a project engineer and he has undertaken many challenging projects such as Sodium Methoxide manufacturing from caustic soda flakes, Acetanilide flakes and other intermediates for Drug manfacturing and sucessfully commissioned all the new projects. He has served SIRIS Ltd for 8 years as GENERAL MANAGER.

He has joined the EVEREST ORGANICS LTD in the year 1995 as GENERAL MANAGER. He has executed the entire unit operations, right from Errection of the plant to commissioning all the units and stabilising the Commercial production of Omeprazole ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin etc.

He has acquired a sick unit in IDA, Bollaram by name SREEKARA ORGANICS, small unit to recover spent chemical from effluents. He has lined up the unit to recover piperzine, pyridine and drug intermediate from spent solvents. He has run the unit healthy till 2002.He has come out to go for bigger unit but he could not find bigger units.

Then, he has invested his entire capital in the Real Estate on land bank. That is how he is forced to change his profession from Bulk Drugs to REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.

Then he has joined as a partner in the partnership firm by name DHYANISH CONSTRUCTIONS and started to construct residential apartments Venture in the year 2010 and completed successfully two ventures of 125,000 Sq.ft build up area. One is 25,000 Sq.ft. built up area in Western Hills, KPHB by name Dhyanish villa. Another one is 100,000 Sq.ft built up area in Madinaguda by name Dhyanish Lakefront.

Then, he has started his own new firm “VASU SRI INFRA PROJECTS” with his close associates and friends. He has purchased the land of 1807 Sq.Yds in Sun city, Bandlaguda Jagir and constructed 50,000 Sq.ft residential apartments “VASU SRI RESIDENCY” as first project of VASU SRI INFRA PROJECTS and completed it in 2019.

JM.SURYA NARAYANA RAJU

(Managing Partner)

U.V. KIRAN RAJU, (Executive Partner) had completed his graduation from MNR College affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad in the year 2004. He had done his Post Graduation in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St.Martin’s college in the year 2006. After that he has done an Interior designing course.

He had started business as an Interior Designer in the year 2007 with the title “INFOLINK INTERIORS” and completed many projects successfully. He has developed good relationship with the customers and got appreciation from all his clients.

In the later years, he thought of changing his business from Interior Designing to some other field to increase his scope of working to a broader perspective. After a long thought process, he decided to make his career in “REAL ESTATE” and “CONSTRUCTION” field. Then He has associated with DHYANISH CONSTRUCTIONS, which started in the year 2010. He has associated with M.Surya Narayana Raju and is looking after all the operations in DHYANISH CONSTRUCTIONS.

He has been very closely associated with “Dhyanish Lakefront” project. He was like one of the main pillar of this project and saw the ups and downs while executing this project. But he has given his 100% and successfully executed the project. He had completed and handed over this project successfully with a point of “Customer is our main and first priority“. While handing over the project, he was even asked to inaugurate the party hall by its customers, which tells us his commitment towards his work.

He has joined as “Executive Partner” to start a new firm in the name of VASU SRI INFRA PROJECTS in the year 2016 alongwith Mr.M.Surya Narayana Raju and has taken active role in all the ventures executing by the Firm and looking after Execution of project, purchases and Sales linked with the project presently.
